BE IT ORD.�,.IIMD BY THE COUNCIL OF TIT, CITY OF JEFFERSON AS FOLLOWS a
SECTION .1. That ordinance No. 3616, passed and approved on January
25. 1934, be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto
a new section to be known :.-.s Section 13-a, and to read as follows&
Section 13-A. Each licence shall displ� .,y in a prominent place
in the room where intoric!7ting liquors are sold or disi�ensed
or served the city licence aut'norizing such srile, dispensing or
service, and if liquor is sold, dispensed or served in more than
one location on or in nny premises, then a seperate licence
shall be required for each seperate location on or in said premises
and the maintainence of seperate burs or mixing fountains in sep
erate rooms in any building or premises sho.11. be deemed to -be
selling, dispensing or serving intoxicating liquors in more than
one place and shall require seperate licences for each seperate
room.
Section 2. Any person, firm, partnership or association, violating
the terms of this ordinance, or of Ordinance Nob 3616, as amended
hereby, shall be deemed guilty of a r_nisdemeanor and punished
in accordance with the provisions of Ordin i,nce No. 3616.
