BE. IT BY 'T'IIE CITY COUNCIL OF T120, CI'T'Y 07± JEFF'h"RSON AS FOLLOWS:
S7+'CTION x. There is hereby appropriated out of the Interest & Sinking
Fund the sum of $63.00 for the ptyr ose of paying the registration
fee on the $ 63,000.00 of refunding bonds issued by the City of
Jefferson, ^.nd the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby instructed to
drew a warrant on the City Treasury for the above amount at -the
time of registration of the bonds.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect ,,,from and after
its passage ,1nd. a.pprov.,.i.l.

AUTHORIZING ITS EXECUTION.
BE IT CRD.A IID.,D BY THE COUNCIL OF THI,� CITY CF JEFIT- F'tSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the lo�;.n and (tr;-:nt Agreei:ient between the City of
Jefferson Missouri ,�a.nd the United States of. America under and subject
to the terms of which the United States will by loan and grant not
exceeding in the aggregate the sum of $ 750.00 said City of Jefferson , Miss
Missouri, in financing the construction of extension of Servers in
Sewer District'No. 55 a copy of which loan and qr�-nt Agreement is filed
among the Public records of the City of Jefferson, Missourip in
the office of the City Clerk, in which Loan and Grant Agreement is
hereby made a• Part hereof, be and the same is hereby in all respects
approved.
Section 2. That the Mayor of said City Of Jefferson, Missouri be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute such Loan and
Grant Agreement in triplic=Lte on behalf of the City Of Jefferson
Missouri, and the City Clerk of said City of Jefferson, be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to impress or affix the official, seal of
said City to each of said three conies of said Loan and Gr.3.nt.
