authorized and empowered on behalf of said City of Jefferson,
Missouri, to request and consent to, modifications of or ch,,:.i.nges
in s-,id Loan and Gri.nt Agreement with reference to the designation
date, Denomi.na.tions, medimn of p:!yrnent, and regi.str:..tion or con-
version privileges of the bond:- to .be issued thereunder in order
to comply with the requirements of law and of proceedings taken
for the issu<...nce of said bonds, and to execute in the same mr,'.nner
as said Loan -and Grant Agreement any further instruments that may
be found desirable in connection with such modifications or changes.

directed to forthwith send to so,i_d Federal Emergency Administra-
tion of Public Norks two certified copies of this Ordinance and
two certified copies of the proceedings of the Council in con-
nection with the adoption of this Ordinance, and such further
documents or proofs in connection with the approval and execution
of snid Lot�n and Gant Agreement as i-.qay be requested by said Federal
Exier;cency Administr,,ti •n of Public Works.
