Section I. That the Mayor of the City Of Jeffcrson be and he is hereby in-
structed to execute a contract on behalf of the City of Jefferson with the
said C•RALLO & SINS subject to approval of Sta.te Engineer, P.W.A.
oblig;tting the City of Jefferson to pay the sum of
4,12 520.00 upon the completion of said Remodeling of City Hall
in compliance •sith the and sl?ecifica.tions he-einbefor. e mentioned
provided however tho,t the contract which the Iuayor is hereby directed
to execute may contain a, provision or provisions for the part.i.ol p,--+.y-
ment of the contract prices by the City to the s::.id C.RALLO &..SJDNS
in partial payments as the work progresses.
Section 2. It is further provided thr�.t the contract herein above men-
tioned sh:;..11 cont,-!.in as a part thereof, the plans, specifiGa.tions and
general conditions as complete by the architect aforesaidr and now
on file in the office of -the City Clerk.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
the day of its passage and approval.
