payable to Louis Brunner, final payment for 1:7.bor -:nd rriterial
furnished by the s:.-.,id Louis Brunner in the construction of sewers
at the New Fire Stations.

BE IT ORD;?INED Iff TIM COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFIE.HSON AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Grant Agreement between the City Of Jefferson
17-issouri, and the United States of Anerica, under and subject to
the terris of which the United Str tes will by Gr,.i.nt not exceeding in t
the amf;rerr .te the sum of $ 750.00 ,zid s,- id City of Jefferson,
DTissouri, in financing the construction of extension of Sewers in
Sewer District No. 55 a copy of which Gr.:!.nt Agreement is filed among t
the Y,ublic records of the City ofd Jefferson, Xissouri:- in the
Ito
office of the City Clerk, ,end which Grant Ai;r( canu:nt; is hereby made
a, part hereof, be and the s7me is hereby in all respects approved,
Section 2. That the Mycr of s::),id City of Jefferson, Missouri be
and. he is hereby authorized 7.nd directed to execute such Gr,,nt
Agreement in triplicate on behn.lf of the City of Jefferson Blissouri
and the City Clerk of said City of Jefferson be and he is hereby
authorized .�.nd directed to impress or affix the official se,-j.l of
sn id City to each of s_i id th.rne copies of s,-,id Grant Agreement
and to attest such sen.l.
Section 3. That said Mayor be .-.nd he is hereby authorized and
directed to forthwith forvrard three copies of s::id Gr_.nt Agree-
ment as exeduted on behalf of s=-+id City to the Federal Emergency
Administration of Public Works , Washington, D.C .
Section 4. That . the 1laycr ,.t.nd City Engineer be and they are
hereby authorized and empowered on behalf of said City of Jefferson,
Missouri, to request and consent to modifications of or changes
in S,aIid Grant Agreement with reference to the designation, drte,
denominations, medium of payment, places of payment, and reg-
istration or conversion privileges of the 'bonds to be issued
thereunder in order to comply with the requirements of law and of
the proceedings taken for the issuance of s,,--,.id bonds and to execute in the
the same manner as said Grant Agreement any further instruments
that may be found. desir�.:.b le in connection with such modifications
or ch�).nges.
Section 5. That said 117ayor be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to forthwith send to S,-.:.id Federal Emergency Administration
of Public Works two certified copies of this Ordinance and two
certified copies of the proceedings of the Council in connection
with the adoption of this Ordin,:.nce, and such further documents or
proofs in connection with the approval and execution of said
Grant Agreement as nay be requested by the Federal Emergency
Admini.str7,tion of Public Works.
Section 6. All Crdin,nees or Tarts of C'rdinnnces in conflict with
this Ordin :nce are hereby repertled.
