D) PUBLIC COMMENTS E) FINANCIAL REPORT S - Seeking a motion to approve the mont hly financial reports f or June, July and August 2013. F) APPLICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP - None G) APPLICATIONS FOR BENEFITS – Dawn Fliszar request ed a refund of c ontributions on July 16, 2013. Re quest completed on 7/29/13 in the amount of $82,060.06. H) UNFINISHED BUSINESS – None I) NEW BUSINESS 1) Discussion on purchasing a computer for pension office. 2) Investment Performance Report for the 3 rd Quarter 2013 3) Seeking a motion to accept the Investment Performance Report as presented. Roll call vote. 4) Meeting Schedule for 2014 – Seeking a motion to approve as presented. 5) Pres. Cook and Sec. Meszaros has completed their annual training at the most recent IPPFA C onference held this month. Trustees Fisher and Grod are currently in certification classes. 6) Review and update Board rules and regulations. 7) Review contractual agreements with investment custodians, consultants and advisors .
