SECTION 1. That the grade line of the roadway of Frances Street from
the east curb line on Vista. Road to the ,rest curb line on Argonne
Avenue be and is hereby est :.blished as follotcs: Beginning at the center
line of Frances Street and the east curb line on Vista Road where the
elevation of the gr.---,.de is , 214.90; thence 50 feet on a uniform Trade
