' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TM CITY OF JEFT'ERSOIvT AS FOLLOti11S:
SECTIOII 1. That Section 339 of Article 10, Chapter 26 of the Revised
Drdinances of the City of eefferson, 1925, be and the sar.ie is hereby
repealed and a new section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as
Section 339 Ltnd to read as follows :
SECTION 339. No I)erson, firm or corporation shall deal tas a
peddler within the City of Jeffer:.on without first t,-eking out and
havint,; license therefor, the chr.rge for which license shall be as
