BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,S ISSOURI , AS FOLLOWSs aft SECTION 1. That the grade line of tY; e roadway of Locust Street from the end of the curb return on McCarty Street to the curb line on Miller Street, in the City of Jefferson, Lissouri, be and hereby is established as follows: Beginning at the end of the curb return on McCarty Street, where the elevation of the grade is 236.90: thence 36 feet, where the elevation of the gro.de shall be, 233 .132 thence 275 feet on a uniform grade, where the elevation of the grade shall be 213.95: thence 25 feet, where the elevation of the grade shall be, 211.34-1 thence 25 feet, where the elev-.I.tion of the grade shall be, -208.96;thence 25 feet, where -the elevation of the grade shall be 206.81; thence 25 feet, where the elevation of the grade shall be, 204 .90; thence 25 feet, where the elevation of the grade shall be, 203 .24; thence 25 feet, where the elevation of the grade shall be, 201.81; thence 25 feet, where the elevation of th.e grade shall be, 200.62; thence 25 feet , where the elevation of the grade shall be, 199 .66; thence 77 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade is 197.08. SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
