FOR THE In1PROVE:0Q-TT OF 'THF SAID ROADWAY BY CURBING AND GUTITRING `KITH
CEMENT CONCRETE LATERIAL.
BE IT ORDAII ED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONt AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost .
price per front foot as :specified in Section 2 of this ordinance,
against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting
on the roadway of Locust Street between McCarty and Hiller Streets
in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the improvement of the roadway
of Locust street aforesaid, the sum of $639.73 as the total costs of
the improvement of said street and the number of front assessable feel;
fronting or abutting said roadway. of said Locust street aforesaid,
between the aforesaid streets amount to 962 running feet; the cost
price per running foot is $0.665
SECTION 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of said roadway
of Locust Street between hcCarty and Miller Streets there is hereby
levied and assessed the sum of $0.665 as a special tax against each
assessable front foot of ground on said roadway of Locust street
between the aforesaid streets, and contained in such lot or piece of
ground fronting or abutting said improved roadway of said Locust
Street.

SECTION 3. The name of each property owner or owners and the description
of each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting on each side of
Locust street between McCarty and 1,1iller Streets and the number of front
owned by each owner or owners and contained in the lots or tracts of
land so owned and abutting said block or street between the aforesaid
streets and the cost price per front foot for said improvement and the
amount hereby levied and assessed as a special tax for said improve-
ment against each lot or peice of ground fronting or abutting said
