SECTION 4 . That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to Make out special
tax bills in favor of the contr_i.ctor Louis Brunner fdr tf e within
mentioned work in accordance with the ordinances of the City of Jefferson
Missouri, relative to said kind of work and in accordance with the Charteh
of said City in regard to s:_i.id work .
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and ai) -roval.
