STREETS ON LOCUST STREET, FOR iMICH MP CITY OF JEFFER SON HAS
OBLIGATED ITSSELF.
BE IT ORD.XIIJED BY `1'HE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JLFIFERSOI:T AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the 'TR,"SFIC & VEHICLE
fund the sum of Three hundred twenty-three and 52/'100 dollars
(0,523.52) in p.�..vment of the city�s portion of the cost of constructing
curbing and guttering the west side of Locust street, between McCarty
and hiller Streets , and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to issue
a Nvarra.nt in the above amount in favor of Louis Bruner, the Contractor
who performed said work, in payment therefor,
