to the City Council and after a. hearing before the Council , at which
the licensee may be present in person and by Counsel, and h n v e a,n
opportunity to produce witness in his behalf.- Provided, further , that
the licensee shall be entitled to ten days written notice of any laec..ring
before the Council to revoke his * license, and shall be given a tvritten
sta.tenient of the grounds upon which his license is south to be revoked,
said statement to a,ccoripany the written notice of hearing.
SECTION 12. Any person, firm, co-pa.rtners , ), association or corporation
violating any o-' the terms of this Ordinance, shell be deemed guilty
of a, rlisdemeanor, and upon ccnvicti n shall be punished by a fine of
not more than one hundred dolla,.rs or iriprisonment in the County Jail
for not more than ninety d3.,`rs , or by both such. :Pine and imprisonment.
