SECTION. 3. The name of each property owner or owners and the
description of each lot or piece of ground frontingr, or abutting on
each side of the alley in the block between High, McCarty, 11arshall
& Lafayette Streets and the number of front feet owned by each owner
or owners and contained in the lots or tracts of 1,n.nd so owned and
abutting said block or street between the aforesaid streets and the
cost price per front foot for said improvement and the amount hereby
levied and assessed as a special tax for said improvement against
each lot or piece of ground fronting; or abutting;•said alley in the
block between High, McCarty, Marshall & Lafayette :streets.
SECTION. 4. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to make out
special, tax bills in fator of the contractor Louis Wolff for the within
mentioned work in accordance with the Ordinances of *the City of
Jefferson , Yissouri , relative to said kind of work and in accordance
with the Charter of said City in regard to said work.
SECTION. 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its pass:..ge and approval.
