BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
' SECTION. I. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
City Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of paying
Accounts and Claims, the following:
