Us Adair, as arefund for spaces three and four in Lot 293 in the City Cemetery, and the City Clerk is. hereby authorized to draw and the City Treasurer to pay warrant in favor of Mrs. Quo. M. AN ORDINANCE LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL TAIL BILL AGAINST THE LOTS OR TRACKS OF LAND FRONTING OR ABUTTING ON THE ROADWAY OF DAWSON STREET FROMTHE INTERSECTION OF IDAWSON STRLZT AND THE NORTH LINE ON HIGH STREET TO A POINT THAT IS 336 FEET NORTH OF THE NORTH LINE OF HIGH STREET IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, ITISSOURI , FOR THE IMPROVEIENT OF THE SAID ROADWAY BY GRADING AND PAVING WITH CE21ENT CONCRETE MATERIAL. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFE- RSONp AS FOLLOWS$ SECTION. I. There is hereby .levied and assessed at the rate and cost 1.5-4 price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this Ordinance, against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on the roadway of Dawson Street from the intersection of Damson Street and the north curb line on High Street to_a point that is 336 feet North of the North line of High Street in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the improve- ment of the roadway Dawson Street aforesaid, including such grading as may be necessary for the reception of a cement sidewalk, the sum of $1704.48 as the total costs of the improvement of said street and the number of front feet fronting or abutting said roadway of said Dawson street aforesaid, between the aforesaid streets amount to 636.0 running feet; the cost price per running foot is $2.68 SECTION. 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of said roadway of Dawson Street from the intersection of Dawson Street and the North curb line on High Street to a point that is 336 feet North of the North line of High Street in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of $2.68 as a special tax against each front foot of ground fronting or abutting said roadway of Dawson street between the aforesaid streets, and contained in such 1pt or piece of ground fronting or abutting said improved roadway of said Dawson Street.
