Missouri and the United States of America, dated August 289 1934, and
. authorized:-,by Ordinance No. 3655 as the same appears in the records of
the City of Jefferson, said amendatory grant agreement amending the
original agreement by striking out, in paragraph 2, part one of said
agreement the figures,1 $7,500.000 and inserting in lieu thereof, the
figures 'x$109500.00" and by striking out in paragraph 9 (b) , Part one,
the figures, 0$25,7OO* and inserting in lieu thereof the figures
a#35,397.60", all of said Ordinances and agreements being P. W. A.
Dooket No. 5464.
