I•IEREWITH.
WHEREAS, the City Council discovers that the Zoning neap attached
to and made a part of Ordinance 3510 places the area, bounded by Madison
Street, Capitol Avenue, Jefferson Street and Commercial t+lley in
District "C" known as Apartment District, and
'UHE �'F.S, the Council believes it was the intent of the Uouncil at
the time said "rdinance was passed to Zone the area as a. business
district, ► ��
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TH]s CITY OF JEFFhRSON, AS FOLLOWS$
That Ordinance 35109 assed- September, 12th , 1932 and approved
September 16th, 1932, be and the same is hereby amended by adding the �^
following; The Area bounded by Madison Street, Capitol Avenue, Jefferson
Street and Commercial Alley on and after the passage and approval of
this Ordinance, shall be deemed a business district and all Ordinances
or parts of Ordinances, insofar as they conflict with this Urdinance
are hereby repealed.

3784. - AN ORDINANCE TO ixPPROPRIATE MONEY FOR THE MONTH OF BEBRUARY,
1936.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION, I. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
City Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the purpose of paying
Accounts and Claims, the followings
REVENUE FUND, the sum of - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - 5175.10
VEHICLE FUND, the sum of - - - e - - - -• - - -• - - - -- - - 282.06
SEWER B010 FUND, the sum of - - -,r - - - - - - - - - - - - 41.46

SECTION, 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
