SECTION. I . That a sidewalk of cement concrete material, Four feet
in width, 1/2 feet back from face of curb, on the South side of
Atchison Street, between Lorea,u Drive and Dockery Streets , and abutting
60 feet in front of Lot I Block I Ferguson Place, owned by Central.
Hissouri Realty Company, be construleted and built within thirty days
from the se •vice of a. Copy of this Ordinance on the owner of the
property hereinabove described.
Section. 2. Within two days ,.,.f-ter the passage of this Ordinance,
the City Clerk shall place in the hands of the City Marshal a Certified
copy of this Ordinance, and said City Llarsha 11 shall serve or cause to
be served a copy of this Ordinance on the owner or owners above
mentioned, by delivering a copy hereof to said owner or oviners or by
leaving; it with some member of.his f,.!.mily over the age of 15 years,
ma,l:inf; his return on another copy of said Ordinance, which copy shall
be filed in the Office of the City Olerk .
:`SECTION 3 .' In the event the owner or owners ; hove named fail to
construct said sidew--.11; as above directed, then the City of Jefferson,
under the rower and authority given it by its charter and Ordinances,
will construct said sidewalk and will issue a. special tax bill against
said property for the cost of the construction of said sidewalk, which
