will construct said sidewalk and will issue a special tax bill against
said property for the cost of construction of said sidewalk, which
skid special tax bill will be a. lien against the property above
described.
AM SECTION. 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passa.ge and approval.

CEIMNT CONCRETE MATERIAL FrUR FEET IN WIDTH, FIVE FEET BACK FROM FACE
OF CURB, ON THE EAST SIDE OF b:OREAU DRIVE BETWEEN LEE STREMT AND
ELI-MRINE STRIMTS, AND :BUTTING 100 FM-T ON MOREAU DRIVE OPINED BY
KATHRYN NILGES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF JTYPER CN, AS DOLLOWS:
SECTION. I. That a sidewalk of cement concrete material, Four feet
in width, Five feet back from face of curb on the Enst side of Moreau
Drive between Lee Street and Elmerine Streets , and abutting 100 feet
on Moreau Drive owned by Kathryn Nilges , be constructed and built
within thirty days from the service of a, copy of this Ordinance on the
owner of the property hereinabove described.
SECTION. 2. Within two days after the passage of this Ordinance,
the City Clerk shall place in the hands of the City Marshal a certified
copy of this Ordinance, and said City Marshal shall serve or 'cause to
be served a copy of this Ordinance on the owner or owners above
mentioned, by delivering a copy hereof to said owner or owners or by
leaving it with some member of his family over the age of 15 years,
making his return on another copy of said Ordinance, which copy shall
be filed in the office of the City Clerk.

construct said sidewalk as above directed, then the City of Jefferson,
under the power and authority given it by its Charter and Ordinances,
will construct said sidewalk a-nd will issue a special tax bill against
said property for the cost of the construction of said sidewalk,
which said special tax bill will be n. lien against the property above
described.
