oath, states or affirms that he is the Chief Fi-

The city council of the city of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 464, an amendment to sec-
tion 330 of the code of +rdinances
regarding public nuis nces. The
amendment adds aintaining
grass or weeds taller than eight
inches as a public nui ance, sub-
ject to certain exceptins. Provi-
sions relating to the process of
declaring and abating : nuisance
as well as the recov-ry of city
costs associated with an abate-
ment action have be: n clarified
and expanded. Certai other pro-
visions have been odified to
correct errors or to ma a the sec-
tion consistent with • her, more
recently amended p. its of the
