J. 1UECKENHO1rY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION. T. That a sidewalk of cement concrete material, Four feet in width, Five feet back from face of curb, on the East side of Moreau. Drive between Lee Street and Atchison and abutting 50 feet in front of lot 11 block 3 Wagner Place, owned by Geo. J. Lueekenhoff, be constructed azad built within thirty days from the service of a, copy of this Ordinance on the owner of the property hereinabove described. SECTION. 2. Within two days after the passage of this Ordinance, the City Clerk shall place in the hands of the City Marshal a certified copy of this Ordinance, and said City Marshal shall serve or cause to be served a copy of this Ordinance on the owner or owners above ment- ioned, by delivering a copy hereof to said owner or owners or by leav- ing it with some member of his family over the age of 15 gears , making his return on another copy of said Ordinance, which copy shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk.
