Drive between Lee Street <nnd Atchison Strects, and abutting 100 feet
in front of lots 12 & 13 Block 3 Wagner Place, owned by Wagner Real
Estate Company, be constructed and built within thirty days from the
service of a copy of this Ordinance on the owner of the property
hereinabove' described.
SECTION. 2. Within two days after the passage of this Ordinance, the
City Clerk shall place in the hands of the City Marshal a certified
copy . 6f this Ordinance, and said City Marshal shall serve or cause to
be served a copy of this Ordinance on the owner or owners above
mentioned, by delivering a copy hereof to said owner or owners or by
leaving it with some member of his family over the age of 15 years,
making his .return on another copy of said Ordinance, which copy shall
be filed in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTION. 3. In the event the owner or owners above named fail to
construct said sidewalk as above directed then the City of Jefferson,
under the power and authority given it by its charter and Ordinances
will construct said sidewalk and will issue a special tax bill against
said property for the cost of the construction of said sidewalk,
which said special tax bill will be a lien against the property above
described.
SECTION. 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

CEIMNT CONCRETE MATERIAL, FOUR FEET IN WIDTH, FIVE FEET BACK FROM FACE
OF CURB,- ON THE EAST SIDE OF MOREAU DRIVE BETWEEN LEE STREET AND ATCHISON
STREETS, AND ABUTTING 200 FEET IN FRONT OF LOTS 14, 159 18 and 19 BLOCK
3 WAGNER PLACE. OWNED BY WALINKO REALTY AND INVESTMENT COMPAIFf.
. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I. That a sidewalk of cement concrete material, Four feet
in width, Five feet back from face of curb on the East side of Moreau
Drive between Lee Street: and Atchison Streets, rand abutting 200 feet
in front of lots 14, 159 18 and 19 Block 3 Wagner Place , owned by
Walinko Realty and Investment Company, be constructed and built within
thirty days from the service of a copy of this Ordinance on the owner
of the property hereinabove described.
SECTION. 2'. Within two days after the passage of this Ordinance
the'.'City Clerk shall place in the hands of the City Marshal a certified
copy of this Ordinance, and said City Marshal shall serve or cause to
be served a copy of this Ordinance on the owner or owners above ment-
ioned, b delivering a c.c.py hereof to said owner or owners or by leav-
ing it with some member of his family over the age of 15 yearsy making
his return on another copy of said Ordinance, which copy shall be
filed in the office of the City Clerk.
