#3801. AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SIDE','iALK OF
CEMENT CONCRETE ITATERIAL, FOUR FEET IN WIDTH, FIVE FEET BACI{ FROJA FACE
OF CURBS ON THE EAST SIDE OF MOREAU DRIVE BETWEEN LEE STREET AND
ATCHISON STREET, AND ABUTTING 50 FEET IN FRONT OF LOT 16 BLOCK 3
WAGNER PLACE OWNED BY ALBERT AND LENA A. , PRFNGER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I . That a sidewalk of cement concrete material, Your
feet in width, Five feet back from face of curb, on the East side of
Moreau Drive between Lee Street and Atchison Streets, and abutting
50 feet in front of lot 16 Block 3 Wagner Place, owned by Albert &
Zena A. Prenger, be constructed and built within thirty days from the
service of a copy of this Ordinance on the owner of the property.

SECTION. 2. Within two days after the passage of this Ordinance
the City Clerk shall place in the hands of the City Marshal a certified
copy of this Ordinance, and said City Marshal shall serve or cause to
be served a copy of this Ordinance on the owner or owners above ment-
ioned by delivering a. copy hereof to said owner or owners or by leav-
ing it with some member of his family over the age of 15 years, making
his return on another copy of said Ordinance, which copy. shal•1 be
filed in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTION. 3. In the event the owner or owners above named fail to
construct said sidewalk as above directed, then the City of Jefferson,
under the power and authority given it by its Charter and Ordinances
will construct said sidewalk and will issue a special tax bill against'
said property for the cost of the construction of said sidewalk, which
said special tax bill will be a lien against the property above
described.
SECTION. 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in forcie from
and after its passage and approval.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:

Atchison Street, between Moreau Drive and Dockery Streets, and abutting
80 feet in front of lot I Block 3 Magner Place owned by Ernest B . and
Leo H. Nentwig be constructed and built within thirty days from the
service of a copy of this Ordinance on the owner of the property
