# 3815. AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SIDEWALK OF
CEMENT CONCRETE MATERIAL, FOUR FEET IN WIDTH, 1. 5 FEET BACK FROM FACE
OF CURB, ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF DUNKLIN STREET, BETWEEN MARSHALL AND
LAFAYETTE STREETS, AND ABUTTING 264 FEET IN FRONT OF LOTS 28 AND 55
LITTLE AND KEYES SUBDIVISION OWNED BY LENA WAGNER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWSt
SECTION. I. That a sidewalk of cement concrete material., Four
. feet in width, 1.5 feet back from face of curb, on the South side of
Dunklin Street, between Marshall and Lafayette 0treets, and abutting
264 feet in front of lots 28 and 55 Little and Keyes Subdivision Owned
by Lena Wagner, be constructed and built within thirty days from the
service of a copy of this Ordinance on the owner of the property
hereinabove described.
SECTION. 2. Within two days after the passage of this Ordinance
the City Clerk shall place in the hands of the City Marshall a certified
copy of this Ordinance, -Ind said City Marshall shall serve or cause to
be served a copy of this Ordinance on the owner or owners above mentioned
by delivering a copy hereof to said owner or owners or by leaving it with
some member of his family over the age of 15 years , making his return on
another copy of said Ordinance, which copy shall be filed in the office
of the City Clerk. •
SECTICN. 3. In the event the owner or owners above named fail
to construct said sidewalk as above directed, then the City of Sefferson
under the power and authority given it by its charter and ordinances,
will construct said sidewalk and will issue a special tax bill against
said property for the cost of the construction of said sidewalk, which
said special tax bill will be a lien against the property above described.
SECTICN. 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

CEMENT CONCRETE MATERIAL FOUR FEET IN WIDTH, 1.5 FEET BACK FROM FACE OF
CURB ON THE EAST SIDE OF DUNKLIN STREET, BETWEEN MARSHALL AND LAFAYETTE
STREETS, AND ABUTTING 37 FEET IN FRONT OF INLOT 858 OWNED BY ROBERTA K.
BURTON & HENRY B. BURTON.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS
SECTION. I. That a sidewalk of cement concrete material, four
feet in width, 1.5. feet back from face of curb, on the East side of
Dunklin Street, between Marshall and Lafayette Streets a nd abutting 37
feet in front of Inlot 858 owned by Roberta K. Burton & Henry B. Burton
be constructed and built within thirty days from the service of a copy
of this Ordinance on the owner of the property hereinabove described.
SECTION. 2. Within two days after the passage of this Ordinance,
