3827, AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SIDEWALK OF
CEMENT CONCRETE MAT:''RIAL, 3 1/2 FRET IN WIDTH, TWO FEET BACK FROM FACE
OF CURB, ON THE EAST SIDE OF BERRY STREET, BETWEEN HIGH AND MCCARTY
STREETS, AND ABUTTING 19819" IN FRONT OF LOT 8 BLOCK 8 LOWER JEFFERSON
OWNED BY, JOHN J . `NEGMAN AND LUCY H. WEGM<1N. SIDEWALK TO START AT THE
NORTH CURB LINE ON MCCARTY STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I. That a sidewalk of cement concrete material 3 1/2
feet in width, two feet back from face of curb, on the East side of
Berry Street, between High and McCarty Streets, and abutting; 19809" in
front of lot 8 block 8 Lower Jefferson, owned by John J. 'legman and
Lucy H. Wegman. Sidewalk to start at the North curb line on- McCarty
Street, be constructed and built within thirty days from the service
of a copy of this Ordinance on the owner of the property hereinabove
described.
SECTION. 2. Within two days after the passage of this Urdinanee
the City Clerk shall place in the hands of the City ]Marshal a certified
copy of this Ordinance, and said City Marshal shall serve or cause to be
served a copy of this Ordinance on the owner or owners above mentioned
by delivering a copy hereof to said own.=r or owners or by leaving it
with some member of his family over the age of 15 years, making his
return on another copy of said Ordinance, which copy shall be filed in
the fiffice of the City Clerk.
SECTION. 3. In the event the owner or owners above named fail
to construct said sidewalk as above directed, then the City of Jefferson
under the power and authority given it by its charter and Ordinandes
will construct said sidewalk and will issue a special tax bill against
said proPerty for the cost of the constructionof said sidewalk, which
said special tax bill will be a lien against the property above described.
SECTION. 4. 'his ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and . after its passage and approval.

CEMENT CONCRETE MATERIAL, FOUR FEET IN WIDTH, TWO FEET BACK FROIu :FACE
OF CURB, ON THE NORTH SIDE OF MAIN STREET, BETWEEN VISTA ROAD AND
BOONVILLE ROAD, AND ABUTTING 63 FEET IN FRONT OF LOT L2 BLOCK B WALINKO
PLACE OWNED BY JOSEPH G. KOLKMEYER AND SUSIE A. KOLKMEYER. Construct
sidewalk to conform with present curb grade.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I. That a sidewalk of cement concrete material, four
feet in width, two feet back from face of curb, on the North side of
Main Street, between Vista Road and Boonville Road, and abutting 63
feet in front of lot 12 block B Walinko Place, owned by Joseph G.
Kolkmeyer and 'Jusie A. Kolkmeyer, (Construct sidewalk to conform with
present curb grade) be constructed and built within thirty days from
the service of a copy of this Ordinance on the owner of the property
herainabove described.
SECTION. 2. Within two days after the passage of this Ordinance,
