BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWSs
SECTION. I. That a sidewalk of cement concrete material, Your
feet in width, Two feet back from face of curb, on the Mouth side of
Main Street, between Vista Road and Boonville Road, and abutting 99
feet on Main btreet, owned by A. E. Party and Annette B. Party, (Construct
sidewalk to conform with present curb grade) be constructed) and built
within thirty days from the service ,of a copy of this "rdinance on the
owner of the property hereinabove described.
SECTION. 2. Within two Gays after the passage of this Ordinance,
the City Clerk shall place in the hands of the City Marshal a certified'
copy of this ordinance, Pnd said City Marshal shall serve or cause to be
served a copy of this Ordinance on the owner or owners above mentioned,
by delivering a copy hereof to said owner or owners or by leaving it
with some member of his family over the age of 15 years, making his
return on another copy of said Ordinance, which copy shall be filed in
the office of the City clerk.
SECTION. 3. In the event the owner or owners above named fail to
construct said sidewalk as above directed, then the City of Jefferson,
under the power and authhority given it by its Charter and Ordinances ,
will construct said Sidewalk and will issue a special tax bill against
said property for the cost of the construction of said sidewalk, which
said special tax bill.' will be a lien against the property above described.
SECTION. 4. This rdina.nce shall take effect and be in force

CEMENT CONCRETE MATERIAL, FOUR FEEL' IN WIDTH, TWO FEET BACK FROM FACE
OF CURB, ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF MAIN STREET, BET N VISTA ROAD AND
BOONVILLE ROAD, AND ABUTTING 123 FEET ON ?MAIN STREET, OWNED BY BLANCHE
DIX DEXTER. Construct sidewalk to conform with present curb grade.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS&

Main Street, between Vista Road and Boonville Road, and abutting 123 feet
t+ on Main Street, owned by Blanche Dix Dexter9 (Construct sidewalk to
conform with present curb grade) be constructed and built within thirty
