be served a, copy of this Ordinance on the owner or owners above
rentioned, by delivering a copy hereof to said owner or owners or by
leaving it with some member of his family over the age of 15 years
Making his return on another copy of said Ordinance, which copy shall
be filed in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTION. 3. In the event the owner or owners above named fail
to construct said sidewalk as above directed, then the City of Jefferson
under the power and authority given it by its Charter and Ordinances,
Will construct said sidewalk and will issue P. special tax bill against
staid. property for the cost of the construction of said sidewalk, which
said special tax bill will be a lien against the property above described.
SECTION. 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

#3846. AN CRDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SIDEWALK OF
CEIMNT CONCRETE, KATEJIIAL, FOUR FE7T IN WIDTH, TWO I-TET BACK FROM FACE
OF CURB, ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF ITAIN STREET BETWEEN VISTA ROAD AND
BOONVILLE ROAD, AND A3UTTING 52 FEET IN FRONT OF LOT 10 JORDAN'S
SUBDIVISION OW14ED BY BETTIE DUBINSKY. Construct sidewalk to conform
with present curb grade.
BE IT ORDAINED BY T19, COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I . That a sidewalk of cement concrete material, xour
feet in width, two feet back from face of curb, on the South side of
Main Street, between Vista Road and Boonville Road, and abutting 52
feet in front of lot 10 Jordan 's Subdivision, owned by Bettie Dubinsky
(construct sidewalk to conform with present curb grade) , be constructed
and built within thirty days from the service of a copy of this ordinance
on the owner of the property hereinabove described.

the City -Clerk shall place in the hands of the City Marshal a certified
copy of this Ordinance and said City Marshal shall serveor cause to be
served a copy of this Ordinance on the owner or owners above mentioned
by delivering a copy hereof to said ,owner or owners or by leaving it
with some member of his family over the age of 15 years, making his
return on another copy of said Ordinance, which copy shall be filed in
the office of the City Clerk,
