BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE,, CITY OF JEF11FIRSON, :.S FOLLOWSt
SECTION. I. That a sidewalk of cement concrete material, Your
feet in width, two feet back from face of curb , on th South side of
Main Street, between Vista Road and Boonville Road, and abutting 50
feet in front of lot 8 Jordan's Subdivision, owned by ABe Coehn and
Mary Coehn, (Construct sidewalk to conform with present curb grade)
be constructed and built within thirty days from the service of a copy
of this Ordinance on the owner of the property hereina.bove described.
SECTION. 2. Within tyro days after the passage:.�of this Ordinance
the City Clerk shall place in the hands of the City Marshal a copy of
this Ordinance, and said City Marshal shall serve or cause to be served
a copy of this Ordinance on the owner or owners above mentioned, by
delivering a. copy hereof to said owner or owners or by leaving it with
some member of his family over the age of 15 years making his return
on another copy of said Ordinance, which copy shall be filed in the
office of the City Clerk.
SECTION. 3. In the event the owner or owners above named fail
to construct said sidewalk as above directeddthen the City of Jefferson
under the power and authority given it by its Charter and Ordinances,
will construct said sidewalk and will issue a special tax bill against
said property for the cost of the construction of said sidewalk, which
said special tax bill will be a lien against the property above described.
SECTION. 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

CUM, ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF MAIN STRENT, BETWEEN VISTA ROAD AND
BOCNVII E ROAD AM) ABUTTING 52 FEET IN FRONT OF LOT 9 JORDAN'S
SUBDIVISION OWNED BY ALBINUS MANIUS. ( Construct sidewalk to conform
with grade of present curb.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS NDLLOVISt
SECTION. I. That a sidewalk of cement concrete material , Your feet
in width two feet back from face of curb, on the bouth side of ?main
Street, between Vista, Road and Boonville Road, and abutting 52 feet in
front of lot 9 Jordan's Subdivision, owned b Albinus Manius, (construct
sidewalk to conform: with present curb grade � be constructed and built
within thirty days from the service of a copy of this Ordinance on the
owner of the property hereinabove described.
SECTION. 2. Within two days after the passage of this Ordinance

copy of this Ordinance, and said City Marshal shall serve or cause to be
served a copy of this Ordinance on the owner or owners above mentioned
by delivering a. copy hereof to said owner or owners or by leaving it
