CONCRETE MATF,RIfAL, FOUR FEET IN WIDTH, B70 FEET BACK FROIS FACE OF CURB
ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF MAIN STREET BETtiV51,,'jLX VISTA ROAD AND BOONVILLE ROAD
AND ABUTTING 52. 5 FEET IN FRONT OF LOT 4 JORDAN'S SUBDIVISION OWNED BY
CURTIS L. DUNN. ( Construct sidewalk to conform with present curb grade)
BE IT ORDA11TED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I. That a. sidewalk of cement concrete material, Four feet
in width, two feet back from face of curb, on the South side of Main
Street, between Vista Road and Boonville Road, and abutting 52.5 feet in
front of lot 4 Jordan's Subdivision, owned by Curtis L. Dunne (Construct
sidewalk to conform with present curb grade) , be constructed and built
within thirty days from the service of a copy of this' Ordinance on the
owner of the property hereinabove described.
SECTION. 2. Within two days after the passage of this Ordinance
the City 14lerk shall place in the hands of the City Marshal a certified
copy of this Ordinance, and said City Marshal shall serve or cause to be
served a copy of this Ordinance on the owner or owners above mentioned,
by delivering a copy hereof to said owner or owners or by leaving it
with some member of his family over the age of 15 years, making his return
on another copy of said Ordinance, which copy shall be filed in the office
of the City Clerk.
SECTION 3. In the event the owner or owners above named fail to
construct said sidewalk as above directed, then the City of Jefferson,
under the power and authority giveh it by its Charter and Ordinances,
Will construct said sidewalk and will issue a special tax bill against
said property' for the cost of the construction of said sidewalk, which
said special tax' bill will be a lien against the property above described.
SECTION. 4. This rdina.nce shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

SUBDIVISION OWNED BY J. L. TRINBLE. ( Construct sidewalk to conform
with present curb grade. )
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWSs
