That the time heretofore fixed and provided for the completion of sewers in Sewer District No. 50 by the Pope Construction Company, be and the same is hereby extended for a period of One Hundred and Twenty days from the first day of may, 1936, said extension being granted to the 8ontractor by reason of the fact that the Contractor is unable to complete the Project beacuse of inclement weather during the Winter Months. SECTION. 2. Said project is known as Federal Emergency ,"administration of Public Works, Missouri 1015 X. and said extension of time is made, subject to the approval of the acting State -Director of said Emergency Administration of Public Works. SECTION. 3. This rdinance shall be in full force and effect on and after the date of its passage and approval. PASSED April 14th. 1936. APPROVED April 14th. 1936. Fund01 a sum not exceeding $¢450.00 to be used to pay the wages of, laborers and mechanics employed to finish the City Hall Building, under the contract with C. Rallo & Sons. 'J'he `it's p Clerk is hereby authorized to draw Warrants in payment of the above upon statements approved and certified by the Architect, in charge of the work, and the amounts so paid to be charged against the balance due C. BE IT ORDr►INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FoLl,cws s SECTION. I. The person holding the office of Police Judge is hereby designated Custodian of the City Hall. Said Custodian shall have general charge and direction of the Janitors employed by the City, shall see that the City Hall is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition and shall perform such further duties a-s the Council may from time to time direct.
