SECTION. 4. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to make
out special tax bills in favor of the City of Jefferson,' Missouri, for
the within mentioned work in accordance with the Ordinances of the City
of Jefferson , Missouri, relative to said kind of work in accordance
with the Charter of said City in regare to said work, and according
to the Statutes of the State of Missouri , as made and provided.
SECTION. 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I . There is hereby appropriated out of the General
Revenue Fund the sum of .fifty dollars to be used in payment for the
Right of Way along and across the land of Wm. C. Dahl in Sewer District
Number Fifty, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to draw Warrant
in the above amount to be delivered to the said Dahl upon delivery
to the City Engineer of Right of Way Deed to the land aforesaid.
