BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL DF THE CITY OF JEFFRRSON, AS FOLLOWSs
SECTION. I. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in
the City Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the followings
RMNUE FUND.
Advance on Collector's and Assessor's Commissions- - - - - - 400.00
For the purpose of paying the salaries of elective and
appointive Officers, the sum of 4949099
Salary Leslie 6uggetts Sub Fireman for June 19369 - - - - 125.00
City Engineer, use of car, - .. - _ _ .. _ _ _ .. _ _ _ _ .. - _ 25.00
VEHICLE FUND.
For the purpose of paying weekly wages of laborers, freight
and incidentals under the Street commissioner, the sum of 2500.00
TRAITFIC AND VEHICLE FUND.
Salary Street Commissioner and Traffic Officers, o - - - - $► 475.00

PLUMBING INSPECTION FUND.

SECTION. S. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in Force
from and after its passage and approval.

3873. AN ORDINANCE LETTING AND LEASING CERTAIN TENNIS COURTS FOR A
PERIOD OF ONE YEAR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CI'T'Y OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS&
SECTION. I. That tennis courts numbers 4-5-6 located in the City
Park known as Washington Park, are hereby let and leased to the Jefferson
City Tennis Olub for a period of one year from the first day of Ma.y,
1936, at a rental of One Dollar per year.
SECTION. 2. During the tenure of this lease the said Jefferson
City Tennis Club shall have exclusive possession of said tennis courts
numbers 4-5-6 and shall be obligated to maintain said courts in a
satisfactory condition, and it shall be unlawful for any person to enter
upon or play upon said courts unless said person is a member of the
Jefferson City Tennis Club or shall be the guest of a. member.
SECTION. 3. Any person violating the terms of this Ordinance
shall. be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished
by a fine of not less than Three or more than One Hundred Dollars.
SECTION. 4 This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect until
the first day of Yay, 1937.
