SECTION. I. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
l.issouri, hereby declares rand orda,inee that it deems it necessary for
sanitary purposes and for the health and comfort of its inhabitants of
the City to establish a sewer District to be known as Sewer District
No. 58, and said District tc be established with Location and boundaries
as follow,: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Lafayette Street
rand Atchison "treet; thence -ulr.sterly along the North line of Atchison
Street, 160 feet; thence Southerly parallel with Lafayette Street,
514.5 feet; thence Westerly parallel with Atchison Strect to the .Bast
Line of Fowler Street; thence "outherly along the East line of Fotniler
Street 247 feet; thence Westerly parallel with Yranklin Zitreet to the
Northeast corner of lot 11 of Nentwig Bros . Subdivision; thence Southerly
along the East line of said lot to the North line of .Franklin Street;
thence Westerly along the North line of r'ranklin street, 182.5 feet;
thence Southerly parallel with Jackson �:itree�t to a, point that would be
on the extended North line of Woodlawn Avenue; thence Westerly along
said e.-ctended line and the North line of Woodlawn Avenue to the South-
:vest corner of lot 91 of WoodCrest Addition; thence North to the North-
viest corner of said lot 91; thence East to the 'Sioutheast corner of lot
87 of Woodc;rest .-,ddition; thence North to the Northwest corner of lot
