AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNC'I'L
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIF NIA,
AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE TO CORRECT
DUPLICATION OF CODE NUMBERS,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: .Ordinance No. 60 -25 added to the Municipal Code
Section 3305; Ordinance No. 61 -33 added to the Municipal Code Section
3305; Ordinance No. 61 -45 added to the Municipal Code Section 3305;
Ordinance No. 61 -47 added to the Municipal Code Sections 3305, 3306,
3307, 3308, 3309, 3310, 3311, 3312, 3313, 3314, 3315, 3316, 3317, 3318,
and 3319.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 61 -33 is hereby amended, redesigna-
ting the Section therein added to the Municipal Code as Section 3306
and the Municipal Code is amended accordingly.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 61 -45 is hereby amended, redesigna-
ting the Section therein added to the Municipal Code as Section 3307
and the Municipal Code is amended accordingly.
SECTION 4. Ordinance No. 61 -47 is hereby amended, redesigna-
ting Sections added to the Municipal Code as Sections 3308, 3309, 3310,
3311, 3312, 3313, 3314, 3315, 3316, 3317, 3318, 3319, 3320, 3321, 3322,
3323, and the Municipal Code is amended accordingly.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Temple
City at a regular meeting thereof held this 22nd day of January, 1962,
by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Buchan, Fitzjohn, Merritt, Tyrell, Dickason
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen -None
