THIS ADDENDUM is made and entered into this _13th day of October
2005, by and between the City of Richmond, Indiana, a municipal corporation acting
through its Board of Aviation with its office at 50 North 5th Street, Richmond, Indiana,
(hereinafter referred to as "City"), and Kutter Construction Co., Inc., 7905 U.S. 40, New
Paris, Ohio 45347 (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor").
WHEREAS, City and Contractor entered into an Agreement numbered
116-2005; and
WHEREAS, City wishes to retain Contractor to provide certain
additional services ancillary to those within the scope of
Agreement number 116-2005; and
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants
herein contained, including the above stated recitals, City and Contractor hereby agree as
follows:
Contractor shall perform labor and supply materials in connection with the
door replacement for the hangar at the Richmond Airport. Such services
and material shall be performed and provided in a manner consistent with
its proposal, which is hereby incorporated by reference, made a part hereof
and marked as Exhibit "A".
2. Contractor shall be paid a sum not to exceed Two Thousand Two Hundred
Sixty Dollars and Five Cents ($2,260.05) for all labor and materials
described on Exhibit "A".
3. City and Contractor expressly agree that all other terms, conditions and
covenants contained in Contract number 116-2005, shall be applicable to
the work performed pursuant to this Addendum, unless such term,
condition or covenant conflicts with this Addendum, in which case this
Addendum shall be controlling.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties execute this Agreement effective the day and year
first above written, although signatures may be affixed at different times.
