A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE
CASTING OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS' FOUR (4)
ALLOCATED VOTES FOR THE ELECTION OF MEMBERS
TO THE BOARD OF THE TARRANT APPRAISAL
DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
I.
The Mayor of the City of Richland Hills, Texas, is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City
Council of the City of Richland Hills, to cast the City's four (4) allocated votes on the Official
Ballot for the election of members to the Board of the Tarrant Appraisal District as follows:
• William Fey

• A substantial copy of the Official Ballot is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all
intents and purposes.
PRESENTED, PASSED, AND APPROVED on this the 11th day of November, 2003, by
a vote of 5 ayes, o nays, and o abstentions, at a regular meeting of the City

of Tarrant Appraisal District that we are entitled to cast 4 votes collectively or separately for
