#3883 AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT PARKING OF VEHICLES ON WASHINGTON STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS1
`--nCTION0 I. It is hereby declared unlawful to park motor vehicles

tree between High Sttept and the public alley parallel with and between
High treet and McCarty 6treet.
SECTION. 2. Any person violating the terms of this Ordinance shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished
by a fine. of not less than three dollars nor more than One Hundred
Dollars.

#3884. AN ORDINANCE LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL TAX BILL AGAINST
THE LOTS OR TRACTS OF LAUD FRONTING OR ABUTTING ON THE ROADWAY OF EAST
CIRCLE DRIVE FROM THE NORTH LINE OF MAIN ST 'T AND EFSST CIRCLE DRIVE
TO THE CENTER OF THE INTERSECTION OF THE NORTH LINE OF VIOLA STREET AND
EAST CIRCLE DRIVE, ALL IN THE LIIFITS OF SPRINKLING, OILING, REPAIRING,
SURFACING AND RESURFACING DTBTRICT N0. (1) ONE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
MISSOURI, FOR THE IMPROVEIMNT OF SAID ROADWAY OF EAST CIRCIF DRIVE, BY
REPAIRING,SURFACING ANT) RESURFACING.
BE IT CRDAINEDD BY TIT, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
IISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and
cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this Ordinance,
against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on the
:! roadway of East Circle Drive from the North line of Main Street and East
Circle Drive to the center of the intersection of the North line of
Viola Street and 3,ist Circle Drive, all in the limits of sprinkling,
oiling, repairing, surfacing and resurfacing District No. I of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri , for the improvement of said roadway of Bast
Circle Driv'd by repairing', surfacing and resurfacing, the sum of $1035.00
as the total cost of the improvement of said street and the number of
front feet fronting or abutting said roadway of said street, aforesaid
amounts to 172500 running feet; the cost price per running foot is $0.60.
SECTION. 2. For the purpose of paying for said improvement of the
roadway of Fast Circle Drive from the North line of Main Street .and East
Circle Drive to the ce ter of the intersection of the North line of
Viola Street and '''a.st ircle Drive, all in the limits of sprinkling,
oiling, repairing,surfacing and resurfacing District No. I. , .of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of
$0.60 as a special tax bill against each front foot of ground fronting
or abutting the said roadway of East Circle Drive, and contained in such
lots or pieces of ground fronting or abutting on East Circle Drive.
SECTION. 3. The name of each property owner or owners and the
description of each lot .or piece of ground fronting or abutting on each
side of East Circle Drive from the North line of Main Street and East
Circle Drive to the center of the intersection of the North line of
Viola Street and East Circle Drive, all in the limits of sprinkling,
oiling, repairing, surfacing and resurfacing District No. I of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, the number of front feet owned by each owner or

owners and contained ' in the lots or tracts of land so owned and abutting
said East Circle Drive, the cost price per front foot for said improvement
and the-amount hereby levied and assessed as a special tax bill for said
Improvement against each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting
said East Circle Drive aforesaid is as follows$
