There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost price per front foot as specified in "ection 2 of this Ordinance against the aggreate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on the roadway of Bain Street from the intersection of Main Street and Forest Place to the center of the intersection of Main Street and the West end of the concrete pavement now in place, 121 feet East of the Southwest corner of lot 16 Block 2 General Realty Company Subdivision, all in the limits of sprinkling, oiling, repairing, surfacing and resurfacing District Number One (I ) of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and for the improvement of said roadway of Main Street, by repairing surfacing and resurfacing, the sum of $3,180.78 as the total cost of the improvement of said Street and the number of front feet fronting or abutting said roadway of said Street, aforesaid amounts to 5301.30 running feet, the cost pr1ce per running foot is $0.60 SECTION. 2. For the purpose of paying for said improvement of the roadway of Main Street from the intersection of Main Street and Forest Place to the center of the intersection of Main Street and the West end of the concrete pavement now in place, l?l feet East of the 0outhwest corner of lot 16 Block 2 General Realty Oompany Subdivision, all in the, limits of sprinkling, oiling, repairing.surfacing and resurfacing, Die riot Number One (I) of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, there is hereby levied and assessed the s»m of $0.60 as a special tax bill against 243 each front foot of ground fronting or abutting the said roadway of Main Street and contained in such lots or pieces of ground fronting or abutt- ing on Main Street. SECTION. 3. 1he name of each property owner or owners and the description of each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting on each side of main street from the intersection of Main Street and Forest Place to the center of 'the intersection of Main Street and the "est end of the concrete pavement now in p ace, l 1 feet east of the southwest corner of lot 16 Block 2 General Realty Company Subdivision, all in the limits of sprinkling, oiling, repairing, surfacing and resurfacing District Number One (I) of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, the number of front feet owned by each owner or owners and contained in the lots or tracts of land so owned and abutting said Main 6treet, the cost price per front foot for said improvement and the amount hereby levied and assessed as a special tax bill for said improvement against each lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting said Main Streit aforesaid is as follower FRANCIS.
