CEMENT CONCRETE MATERIAL, FOUR FEET IN WIDTH, TWO FRET BACK FROM FACE
OF CURB, ON THE SOUTH BIDE OF MAIN STREET, BETWEEN JORDAN STREET AND
FOREST PLACE AND ABUTTING 382.9 FEET ON MAIN STREET OWNED BY JESSE
ERHARDT AND HELEN BOYDEN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWSs
SECTION. ' I. That a sidewalk of cement concrete material, Your
feet in' width, Two feet back from face of curb, on the South side of
Main Street, tween Jordan Street and Forest Place and abutting 382.9
feet on Main Street owned by Jesse Erhardt and Helen Boyden be constructed
arid' built within thirty days from the service of a ' copy of this Ordinance
on the owner of ' the property hereinabove described.
SECT�ON. 2: Within two days after the passage of this Ordinance,
the City .lerk shall place in the hands of the City Marshal 'a certified
copy of this Ordinance, and said City Marshal shall serve or cause to
be"$erv'ed'a 'cony of this Ordinance on the owner or owners above
mentioned, by delivering a copy hereof to said owner or owners or -by
leaving it with• 'some member of his family over the age of 15 years
makking his return on another copy of said Ordinance, which copy shall
be filed in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTION. 3. In the event the owner or owners above named fail to
construct said sidewalk as above directed, then the City of Jefferson
under the power and authority given it by its Charter and Ordinances
will construct said sidewalk and will issue a special tax bill against
said property forthe cost of the construction of said sidwwalk, which
said special tax' bill will be a lien against the property above described.
SECTION. 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be foree from
and after its passage and approval.

CEMENT CONCRETE MATERIAL FOUR FEET IN WIDTH, 170 FEET BACK FROM FACE
OF CURB, ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF MIND STRE.'-T, BET11=N JORDAN STREET AND
FOREST PLACE AND ABUTTING 413.7 FEET ON MAIN STREET OWNED BY JOHN M.
SOM MRER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWSs
SECTION. I. That a sidewalk of cement concrete material, your

Main Street between Jordan `'treet and forest Place and abutting 413.7
feet on Main Otreet owned by John M. Sommerer, be constructed and built b
within thirty days from the service of a copy of this Ordinance on the
owner of the property hereinabove described.
SECTION. 2. Within two days after the passage of this Ordinance,
the City Clerk shall place in the hands of the City Marshal a certified
copy of this Ordinance, and said City Marshal shall serve or cause to be
served a copy of this Ordinance on the owner or owners above mentioned
by delivering a copy hereof to said owner or owners or by leaving it
with some member of his family over the age of 15 years, making his
return on another copy of said Ordinance, which copy shall be filed in
the office of the City Clerk.
