BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIM CITY (17 JMFPFRSON,A6 FOLLOWSs
SECTION. I. That a sidewalk of cement concrete material, Four
feet in width Two feet back from face of curb, on the South aide of
Main Street, between Jordan Street and Forest Place and abutting 175
fort on Main Street owned by S. A. Mhke, be constructed and built
within thirty days from the service of a copy of this Ordinance on the
owner of the property hereinabove described.
SECTION. 2. within two days after the passage of this Ordinance
the City Olerk shall place in the hands ofthe City Marshal a certified
copy of this Ordinance and said City Marshal shall serve or cause to be
served a copy of this Ordinance on the owner or owners above mentioned
by delivering a copy hereof to said owner or owners or by leaving it
with some member of his family over the age of 15 years , making. his
return on another copy of said Ordinance; which copy shall be filed in
the office of the City Clerk.
SECTTCN. 3. In the event the owner or owners above named fail to
construct said sidewalk as above directed,, then the City of 'Oefferson,
under the power and authority given it by its Charter and Ordinances,
will construct baid sidewalk and will issue a special tax bill against
said property for the cost of the construction of said sidewalk, which
sa.id, special tax bill will be a lien against the property above described.
SECTION. 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

OF CURB ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF MAIN STREET BETWEEN JORDAN STREET AND FOREST
PLACE l--ND ABUTTING 144 FEET ON MAIN STREET OWNED BY J.F.NIENABER.
BE IT CRDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFIFRSON, ASFOLLOWS&

Street, between Jordan Street and Forest Place and abutting 144 feet
on Main Street owned by J. F. Nienaber be constructed and built within
thirty days from the service of a copy of this Ordinance on the owner
of the property hereinabove described.
SECTION. 2. Within two days after the passage of this Ordinance
the City Clerk shall place in the hands of the City Marshal a certified
copy of this Ordinance, and said City Marshal shall serve or cause to be
