BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFJa;RSON, S FOLLOWSS SECTION. I. That a sidewalk of cement concrete material, JJ'our feet in width Two feet back from face of curb, on the East side of Boonville Road, between brain Street and City Limits and abutting 50 feet on the Boonville Road owned by Edwin A. Vogt, be constructed and built within thirty days from the service of a copy of this Ordinance on the owner of the property hereinabove described. SECTION. 2. Within two days after the passage of this Ordinance, the City "lerk shall place in the hands of the City Marshal a certified copy of this Ordinance, and said City Marshal shall serve or cause to be served a copy of this Ordinance on the owner or owners above ment- ioned, by delivering a cony hereof to said owner or owners or by leaving it 'with some member of his family over the age of 15 years making his return on another copy of said Ordinance, which copy shall be filed- in the office of the % ity Clerk. SECTION. 3. In the event the owner or owners above named fail to construct said side,,:e%lk as above directed, then the Uity 06 Jefferson, under the power and authority given it by its Charter and rdinances will construct said sidewalk and will issue a special tax bill against said property for the cost of the construction of said sidewalk, which said special tax bill will be a lien against the property above described. Ali ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SIDEWALK OF CEMENT CONCR]'TE MATERIAL, FOUR FEET IN WIDTH, TWO FEET BACK FROM FACE OF CURB, ON THE NORTH SIDE OF MAIN STREET, BETWEEN WEST CIRCLE DRIVE AND BOONVILLE ROAD, AND ABUTTING 50 FEET ON MAIN STREET OWNED BY KATHERINE BRUNS, ELLEN KIERNS, ANNA KIERNS, MRS MITTELMEYER. BF IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWSt SECTION. I. That a sidewalk of cement concrete material Four feet in width , Two feet back from face of curb, on the North side of Main AUL Street, i?etween West Circle Drive and Boo ville Road and abutting 50 feet on Iflain 6treet owned by Katherine Bruns, Ellen Kierns, Anna Kierns, Mrs Mittelmeyer be constructed and built within thirty days from the service of a copy of this Ordinance on the owner of the property herein— above described.
