SECTION. 4. That the City Clerk is hereby Instructed to make out
special tax bills in favor of the contractor POPE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
for the within mentioned work in accordance with the Ordinances' of the
City •of Jefferson, Missouri, relative to said kind of work and in
accordance with the Charter of said City in regard to said work.
SECTION. 5, This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

feet on each side of Dunklin Street is bereby;>rexoned and changed from a

That the area immediately surrounding the intersection of Virginia
Street and Highway 50, said Highway 50 being designated on the district
zoning map as Dunklin Boulevard, which district is now designated as a
commercial district, is hereby rezoned, and, on and after the passage
and approval of this Ordinance shall be designated as a four family ,
residence district.

#3905. AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE MONEY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS't
There is hereby appropriated out of the cemetery fund the sum of
Two Hundred Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to be used
in defraying the expense of removing the bodies of deceased persons from.
the Hedge Grove Cemetery , to the space allotted in the City Cemetery,
such money to be expended and paid out in such manner as the council
shall by motion determine.
