SECTION. I. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in the
City `treasury not otherwise appropriated, the f ollowingt

For the purpose of paying the salaries of elective and

#3912. AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRAVE OF THE ROADWAY OF THE ALLEY
IN THE BLOCK BETWEEN BOLIVAR, HARRISON, MCCARTY, AND MILLER STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. I. That the grade line of the roadway of the alley in. the
