Whereas, Jhhn M. Schaper. Consulting Arcliitect for the City of Jefferson, has recommended the acceptance of the work performed by b,,lance C. Ra.11o and Sons under the above Mentioned contract and the payment cfthe due, with certain exceptions set forth in the report of said architect, which report reads as follows: I h••ve this. day, in company with Mr. Frank 0. Johnson, Resident En#ineer Inspector of the Public Works Adminiitration, inspected the work performed by the general Qootra.ctor C.
