It is hereby declared unlawful for any person to park any vehicle on the South side of K-gh Street for a distance of one hundred fifty-two (152) feet east from the intersection of High and. Washington Streets , between the hours of ::even A. M. and seven P. M. of each day, said restricted space being adjacent to the new Federal Post Office building located at the corner of High and Wash- ington streets . Section 2.
