is hereby established as follows: Beginning at the north edge of the side-

thence 125 feet on a• uniform grade where the elevation of IM-;e grade shall
be, 292.35; thence 50 feet on a. vertical curve where the elevation of
the grade shall be, 29'? .69; thence 50 feet on a vertical curve where the
elevation of the grade shall be,293.39; thence 125 feet on a uniform
grade where the elevation of the grade shall be, 295.55; thence 50
: feet on a vertical curve where the elevation of the grade shall be,
