11issouri , hereby deck res and. ordains that it deems it necessary for

to establish a. Sewer District to be known as Sewer Diitrict No. 59,
and s id district to be estz.blished with location and bound,Iries as
follows ; beginning at the Southeast corner of lot 10 Block 15 of
Wolff' s Subdivision of a. part of the North 1/2 of the Northeast
que.rter of Section 12 Toviiship 44 Range 12: thence north to the
east corner of lot 9 Block 15 of said Subdivision: thence westerly
long and. with the northerly line f3f s4.id lot 9 and extended to the
';westerly lice of Hart Street; thence Southerly along t'-e westerly line c.
of H�:.rt Street to the north line of Eller Street; thence t+,st; along., .: _ c.
the tnorth line of Miller Street 300 feet; thence North 320 feet; thence

SECTION 2. For the purpose of paying for said improvement of

all of s^id, improvement within the limits of sprinkling,oiling, repairing
surfacing -and resurfacing of District Number Six (6) of the City of
Jefferson, I.Assouri, there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of $0.60
as a snecia•1 tax bill against each front foot of ground fronting or
abutting the sr+id rowdwa.y of McCarty Street a.ndcontained in such lots or
pieces of ground frcnting or abutting on LcCa.rty Otrect.
SECTION 3. The name of each property pwner or owners and the
descr' ption of each lot or Piece of ground fronting or abutting on each
s3.de of McCarty Street from the intersection of 14cCarty Street and
Hamlin Litreet to the intersection of McCarty Street and Hart Street
all in the limits of sprinklin , oiling, repairing, surfacing and re-
surfacing District Number Six �6) of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, the
