APPROVING CONTRACT FOR 2022 WEED CONTROL MAINTENANCE
REAS, the Borough of Carteret requires lawn maintenance services of various
within the Borough of Carteret; and
EIREAS, the Borough Engineer has solicited and received quotes for said services
regard to weed control; and
EREAS, the Borough Engineer has recommended the award of a contract to provide
services with regard to the same. Acct. # 2-01 -28- 375-297
)W, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
Carteret as follows:
1. That the 2022 Weed Control Maintenance Contract with RZ
Tech Pest Control of Basking Ridge, NJ is hereby approved for
an amount not to exceed $14,000.00.
2. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized
to enter into a contract for the lowest quote received for Weed
Control Maintenance as identified above in accordance with all
respects to the request for quotes on the same, and the approval
of the Borough Engineer.
