AWARDING CONTRACTS FOR MOW, TRIM & MULCH VARIOUS PARKS;
MOW, TRIM & MULCH MUNICIPAL FACILITIES;
ON -CALL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
RE AS, the Borough of Carteret requires lawn maintenance services of various
within the Borough of Carteret; and
ERE'AS, the Borough Engineer. has solicited and received sealed bid proposals for
services; and
[ERE'AS, the Borough Engineer has reviewed all bid proposals and has recommended
award of contracts to provide said services to the lowest responsible bidders as
tifred on the attached Schedule "A ".
TOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough

to enter into contracts with the identified lowest bidder for
Mowing, Trimming & Mulching of Various Parks; Mowing,
Trimming & Mulching of Municipal Facilities; On -Call
Property Maintenance as identified on the attached Schedule
"A" in accordance in all respects with the request for proposals
and bid on same, and the approval of the Borough Engineer.
